Biography
Tayaba Fatima is a graduate intern at the Khalil Center and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Benedictine University. As part of her graduate training, she is completing a year-long clinical internship at the Khalil Center. Her clinical interests include grief and loss, anxiety and stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional well-being.
Tayaba takes a client-centered approach to therapy and recognizes the role that culture, faith, family, and personal values can play in shaping a person’s experiences. She strives to create a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Her clinical training includes individual and group therapy, with an emphasis on culturally responsive and faith-integrated care.
