Our Canada office offers Psychiatric Consultation (off-site).
We pride ourselves in offering a holistic, integrative approach to healthcare delivery. We utilize an interdisciplinary team of clinical psychologists, clergy, social workers, and psychiatrists to inform psychological treatment.
Client is scheduled for a preliminary evaluation to determine eligibility.
Clinician discusses suggested treatment plan with client.
Client visits his clinician regularly for medication management.
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified
Dr. Mohamad Ata received his doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from Rush University in 2017 and worked as a psychiatric nurse since 2012. His advanced practice clinical training includes a nurse practitioner internship at Carle Foundation Hospital. He is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner - board certified (PMHNP-BC). He is a member of the Neuroscience Education Institute.
Dr. Ata believes in a holistic approach to treating mental illness including the integration of Islamic principles, psychopharmacological interventions, and psychotherapy for optimal outcomes.
For states we are licensed in, insurance may or may not be accepted depending on your specific insurance plan.
For states that we do not have licensure with, your sessions will not be covered under insurance and an out of pocket session fee will be established.
Financial Assistance may be available for those who cannot afford treatment.
NOTE: Medicaid and Medicare are only available for Psychiatry Medication Management Services.
