Sena Aycan

Biography

Sena Aycan holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Psychology with a minor in Pedagogy. Over the years, she has worked with disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in various non-governmental organizations. She currently works as a Research & Content Development Fellow at Khalil Center and provides virtual and in-person therapy. Her therapeutic approach involves Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Traditionally Islamically Integrated Psychotherapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy. She believes knowledge is the most profound legacy a Muslim can leave behind and is constantly seeking opportunities to learn, teach, and inspire others along the way.
