Biography

Kosar Homami is a graduate counseling student at Northwestern University, pursuing an M.A. in Counseling with a focus on child and adolescent mental health. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Her experience includes psychological research and work on evidence-based interventions, particularly related to anxiety and mental health. Her clinical interests include psychodynamic psychotherapy, ACT, CBT, child and adolescent counseling, anxiety, attachment, and cross-cultural counseling. She is committed to developing a culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to counseling and supporting clients with empathy and respect.
