This is an intensive seminar that focuses on understanding the psychology behind personal change and growth. Most individuals struggle to consistently set and work towards personal goals that they have for themselves in becoming better individuals. How does one develop consistency? How can bad habits be tackled effectively? How can one overcome feelings of laziness and fatigue? The answers to these questions are vital in helping one achieve personal psychological and spiritual goals. This seminar provides attendees with practical strategies and methods that help overcome bad habits and create a stronger, more productive lifestyle.
