Women’s Wellness Day: Pilates, Reflection & Connection
Join us this Mental Health Awareness Month for a women’s-only wellness event at our Khalil Center office!
The event will include a pilates session led by a coach from Fitness by Maryam’s team, light refreshments and a coffee cart, and a wellness session led by one of our therapists. Together, we’ll explore how caring for your mental, physical, and emotional health can be a meaningful form of ibadah.
This is an opportunity to connect with other women in the community, and experience wellness in a way that is both grounding and spiritually enriching.
