Men Process Group for Depression
Muslim men (21+) are dealing with symptoms of depression, feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or spiritually disconnected due to life stressors. Whether you are actively seeking help or just beginning to explore what you are feeling, you are welcome to this space to process and unpack the feelings that may have a significant impact on your overall wellbeing.
This is a confidential, professionally facilitated process group for Muslim men living with depression or persistent emotional distress. Unlike psychoeducational or support groups, this process group focuses on in-the-moment emotional exploration, interpersonal insight, and spiritual integration that would help participants understand not just what they feel, but why they feel it and how it affects their relationships, faith, and sense of self.
