Biography
Hira Khanzada is a Mental Health Therapist, credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California. She completed her Master’s at UC Berkeley and graduate social work training at institutions including the UCSF/ZSFG Trauma Recovery Center and Stanford Health Care. Hira provides both individual and family therapy. Her experience includes supporting those with depression, anxiety, family issues, and multiple forms of trauma, across a broad spectrum of faiths, cultures and ethnicities. Hira’s approach is outcome-focused, warm, and non-judgmental. She seeks to approach all challenges holistically from their root cause, whether emotional, physical, or spiritual. Her theoretical orientation is integrative, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Skills Training in Affective and Behavioral Regulation. She provides services in English and Urdu/Hindi.
