Modalities
Hamza practices from a psychodynamic and interpersonal approach that emphasizes the uniqueness of the client-therapist relationship as a tool to deepen one’s knowledge of how core unconscious assumptions about the world affect personality formation, relational life, and symptom presentation. He integrates his work with tools from other modalities such as mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. His goal is to create a unique space that cultivates an appreciation of how language, identity, personality, and values are shaped and reshaped by the power of narrative and the relationships one carries within.
