Shireen Musleh is licensed in the state of Illinois to diagnose and treat mental health related issues as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has extensive clinical experience counseling children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with various types of concerns and issues. She has experience and training on marital conflicts and parenting, fears and anxieties, grief, depression, and addiction.
AbdulAziz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). He holds a Masters of Social Work – School Social Work concentration from Governors State University. Currently, he serves as a Therapist at Khalil Center and a School Counselor at MCC Academy.
Dr. Mohamad Ata received his doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from Rush University in 2017 and worked as a psychiatric nurse since 2012. His medical training includes a residency in psychiatry at Carle Foundation Hospital. He became board certified in psychiatry in 2018. He is a member of the Neuroscience Education Institute.
Dr. Yusuf Salah received his Bachelors Degree in Middle Eastern Languages and Civilization from Northwestern University. He then completed medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago and his residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Chicago Medical Center. His interests include youth work and community service.
Nada Shalash is a Licensed Social Worker and holds a Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Kentucky. Nada is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Illinois. Growing up in Kentucky, Nada’s passion in serving the Muslim community in her hometown helped her understand the need for mental health therapists for individuals of minority and marginalized communities.
