High School sisters! Walk away with tangible tools and techniques you can use to manage anxiety in your everyday lives!

Anxiety is a normal reaction that we all may experience from time to time. However, when our anxiety becomes overwhelming, it can interfere with our well-being and negatively affect our physical, emotional, and mental state. In order to effectively manage one’s anxiety, it’s important to establish an understanding of what anxiety is and how it can manifest uniquely in each of our lives.

Today we are often faced with stressors that can be difficult to understand and manage without support. We are excited to share this weekly group for young females to serve as a safe space for teens to discuss and learn more about anxiety.
